They specialise in retail refurbishment and fit out building solutions.

With a growing portfolio of clients, they are adding to their commercial team.

The roleThe main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the financial delivery of the project, offering commercial expertise for the full project life cycle.

It is the Quantity Surveyors responsibly to ensure projects are procured and delivered within budget – seeking to minimise costs and ensure legal regulations are adhered to.

Key responsibilities * Multiple project cost control and reporting * Managing payments * Valuations and final accounting * Measure progress and variations * Issuing notices of the contract * Liaising with operations site team and other stakeholders within the business – building strong relationships * Subcontractor and material procurement * Monthly CVRThe PersonThis opportunity would suit an experienced quantity surveyor who can work ‘under their own steam’ with little supervision.

You must have 5 years’ experience in retail or healthcare refurbishment/fit out projects either from a principal contractor or cost consultancy.

Degree qualified.

Salary will be £60 - £65k.
