Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water – Leeds - £70k + PackageSenior Quantity Surveyor required to join an entrepreneurial client with major growth plans in place!
MBS Recruitment are excited to be working with a brand new client looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a portfolio of fresh water mains projects including repairs and renewals.
These range in value up to £2m and are primarily under NEC4 Option A contracts.
This company is part of a group which has a turnover of circa £500m and they have achieved all growth targets set for itself so far, including securing brand new long term water and utility frameworks in the North.
They are in discussions about multiple other frameworks which are in the forefront of both government and private funding and are a leading name across multiple sectors.
This role is oversee a portfolio of three to four projects ensuring invoices are paid on time, applications for payment are made on time and the negotiation and settling of final accounts.
You will work fairly independently with support from a Commercial Manager and as the growth continues, you will have the opportunity for further career development, helping to grow the commercial team and manage others.
In return, they offer a salary of £70k with company car or car allowance and many other benefits on offer.
