Our client will consider candidates who are currently working towards APC. * Qualifications -A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. * Background – In addition, experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK. Our client is open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK, to the Birmingham area, as well as candidates already based in the area. * Sector Experience -Our client is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure and Entertainment, Retail, Education. Pre and Post Contract. * General Experience -The ability to manage your own projects and clients and work as part of a team.
