The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a close-knit, ambitious team and take on a diverse range of exciting projects across the Hospitality, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial sectors.

In this role, you'll be expected to lead project delivery, managing every aspect from inception to completion.

Additionally, you'll mentor junior staff members, playing a key role in their APC development and career progression.

Specialized knowledge in the industrial sector is highly regarded.

Proficient in managing a range of project sizes, from £5m to £30m, with the capability to handle larger schemes in hotels and residential projects up to £100m to £200m.
