We are now looking for an experienced Senior PR Manager to join our busy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute innovative global publicity campaigns across our PR client roster with a focus on coverage that adds meaningful value to our clients.
• Crafting the strategic vision, narrative and key avenues to engage with audiences.
• Design creative, thoughtful press releases and pitches that connect with media partners and lead to successful coverage opportunities for our clients.
• Identify and develop new avenues for artists to gain exposure outside of traditional media.
• Grow and maintain an extensive contacts book that covers global, national and local media, influencers, podcasters, brand managers, and other contacts to help achieve our client’s goals.
• Monitor and analyse your campaigns, refine campaign strategies to achieve the most impactful and ambitious results based on your insights.
• Grow your artist roster and contribute to the overall growth of the PR department by building new client relationships, contributing to proposals/pitches and helping win new clients.
• Actively contribute in an impactful way to both external and internal meetings.
• Share your knowledge and experience, mentor junior/middleweight team members and contribute to the overall success of the department and the agency.
• Compile regular updates and keep in regular communication with your roster of clients to keep them informed at all stages of their campaigns.
• Where necessary, liaise on the ground at photo shoots, interviews, sessions and any other in-person promo opportunities, ensuring the artist is comfortable and everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Proven experience running successful PR campaigns covering both traditional and non-traditional media is essential.
• We are looking for an individual with a wide network of contacts, a deep understanding of popular culture, and a passion for all genres of music styles with a particularly strong appreciation for all forms of electronic music.
• Existing relationships with media including freelancers, editors, influencers, podcasters and photographers.
• A comprehensive understanding of music publicity and the current media landscape is essential.
• A curious mind with a genuine interest in current trends, emerging technologies and industry developments.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, writing, organisation and communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the dance music world and knowledge of our artists.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling several projects and tasks and delivering to deadlines.
