Responsibilities : At all times working toward making the product & services portfolio ‘Easy to buy and easy to sell’ across Daisy Communications. Supporting the sales and operation community to make sure they are in harmony. Input into the creation of cost models and pricing tools and understand how costs are calculated. Working together with the rest of the product teams to deliver products. Stakeholder engagement. Logging actions and outstanding tasks into a reporting system. Create realistic time frames around projects and tasks. Constantly reviewing life cycling of products and improving and highlighting where able to. Business improvement. Introduction of new product / capabilities to be offered. Creation of training material and collateral that is missing or is new. To liaise with manufacturers for technical updates and support for the technologies used. To fix/improve internal systems directly with the vendors. Line management of Cloud, Mobile, IOT team. Project lead on all Cloud, Mobile, IOT product launches/enhancements/retirements/in-life project. Experienced in product lifecycle management – Essential. Able to Manage task and set time goals against tasks – Essential. Experience with line management or senior role – Essential. Experience in stakeholder engagement – Essential. To be technically and commercially aware of the Cloud, Mobile, IOT market and be aware of the technical, business, and commercial propositions on offer – Essential. Project management skills. Knowledge of Sales/Operational processes and their interaction with the Project Delivery Teams. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and diligence. Excellent written skills. Excellent oral and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a message to a mixed audience, from managerial/strategic personnel to technical personnel. 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days!
