Senior Principal Designer in Birmingham

A renowned construction consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their dynamic, highly knowledgeable team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a deep understanding of the new Building Regulations 2022 to contribute to a range of high-profile projects while advising on CDM, health and safety, and supporting building surveyors with all design-related matters.The Principal Designer RoleThe successful Principal Designer will be an integral part of the consultancy team, ensuring that all projects comply with the latest Building Regulations 2022 and providing expert advice on CDM and health and safety issues.
