Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a positive and can-do attitude? Join us as our new Senior Physiotherapist working across three complex care services within the North East.

As a Senior Physiotherapist with us, youll lead a Therapy Team across the North Eastto provide a high-quality physiotherapy service. Youll play a key role in empowering people and maximising their independence.

About the role

Our Senior Physiotherapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions tosupport people to maintain optimal muscle function, limit/delay deterioration and regain movement and mobility where possible.

Youll work as part of a wider Clinical Team to create person-centred care and rehabilitation plans that maintain and build peoples abilities, support them to achieve their physiotherapy goals and evaluate their outcomes.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • being responsiblefor a clinical caseload
  • working alongsidethe people we support, their loved ones and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred physiotherapy interventions
  • leading and collaboratingclosely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators)
  • carrying outassessments
  • maintainingaccurate records for people receiving physiotherapy
  • promotingchoice, dignity and independence.
