Senior Physiotherapist

Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Physiotherapy | Bank Contract | Part time

Up to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience with enhancements for unsocial working.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

At Nuffield Health we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Bank Senior Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital. You will see a wide range of inpatient pre and post-operative conditions and will play a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including fitness professionals and clinicians to optimise the health of our patients.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Deliver high quality, effective clinical care.

  • Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.

Your Qualifications, Experience, Skills And Values

As a Bank Senior Physiotherapist at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital you will have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You will have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.

You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals. With a commitment to the use of evidence-based practice, you'll also be able to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning skills.

We expect you to be a competent and confident IT user and to be well organised - you'll have the ability to prioritise and deal with your inpatient workload in an effective and timely manner.
