MacGregor Black are partnering with a fast growing, independent UK fashion brand in the search for a Senior Merchandise Admin Assistant .

This is a permanent role based in Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee UK Intake: Manage the critical path to ensure all styles arrive on time, flagging any delays to maintain 100% availability and ensure all launches are timely.
• Communicate with suppliers, effectively managing intake and making commercial decisions as needed.
• Rebuy Management: Maintain high replenishment levels for bestsellers, manage slow sellers, and collaborate with the buying and garment tech teams to identify and rebuy refits, ensuring all new items are fit approved on time.
• Wholesale: Send buysheets, raise orders, and build strong relationships with wholesale partners.
• Raise and amend purchase orders.
• Analyze and review best and worst sellers weekly, providing actionable insights to the Merchandiser.
• Prepare and provide trade reports and documents for the team every Monday, including trade analysis.
• Review understock and overstock situations, suggesting actions to maintain a healthy stock balance.
• Update and maintain line cards, proposing necessary actions.
• Implement daily price and date adjustments.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in Merchandising.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fashion, retail, or eCommerce.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Quick to identify issues and proactive in providing appropriate solutions.
