Apply NowA global Service Company operating in the Oil & Gas industry has a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR professional. This is a new role created to support the HR Director and the global Leadership Group to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Director, will be two steps below the CEO and be in an influential role where one gets exposure to a variety of HR tasks and projects working in the corporate team with a global remit. The HR Business Partner role represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR professional with a clear path to Global HR Manager for the right individual.
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated HR professional with prior experience working in an international environment for an oilfield service company or a relevant industrial service company.
Role Summary
The HRBP plays a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions within the organisation. Working closely with HR managers and staff, the coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient implementation and operation of HR processes and procedures. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, communication, and HR data management.

Previous Experience and Competencies
Education/Experience
The selected person will ideally have a bachelor degree or similar educational background with 7+ years of experience in HR with a generalist role. Preference is given to persons with relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience of similar positions or coming from an HR functionality coordination role, and with exposure to a multinational work environment. .
Suitable candidates will have previous HR experience from the Oil and gas industry or Industrial Services industries. The role will come with a Senior job title for experienced candidates.
Having worked through 3-4 yearly HR cycles with the same company is a must to considered.

UK wide. Candidates based in other European countries may be also be considered.
Home office with some travel to the European offices will be considered and we encourage candidates to apply irrespective of location (up to 20% travel).
