Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Stanford-Le-Hope (With Travel to Southampton)

JGA are partnered with a leading global business, seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team.

This position will not only have its own partnership areas but will also provide line management and coaching to a team of HR Business Partners and Assistant HR Business Partners. Working together to ensure a unified business partnering approach and encourage the sharing of best practices amongst the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on a wide range of HR matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR challenges, proactively proposing innovative solutions.
• Support with the drive on employee engagement.
• Support the HR leadership team to implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support the HR Manager and Head of People UK on local, regional, and global projects.
• Drive and maintain engagement and strong relationships with the on-site Union Representatives.

Requirements:

• CIPD qualified.
• Proven work experience as a strategically focussed HR Business Partner.
• Demonstratable experience managing and developing HR teams.
• Previous experience working within an engineering or operations environment is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Experience effectively managing complex er cases to resolution.
• Ability to travel to Southampton.
