Senior Human Resources Business Partner in London

Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: London, hybrid.

Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office.

Salary : £80,000 - £85,000

JGA are partnering with a professional services firm, who are seeking a Snr HRBP with strong ER skills and experience within the financial or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational change and performance.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations and resolve complex issues.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Employee Relations experience.
• 5-7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a senior role.
• Proven experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
