Outsourced HR Services and Consultancy Division

The division is focused on the servicing of outsourcing contracts and HR projects. There are plans to maintain and grow the current clients as well as to add some clients to the current list.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor at Bradfield Group UK working for a client. The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR policy implementation, knowledge of employment law, HR management, and managing employee relations matters. This role is located in London, with flexibility for some remote work.

Skills, experience and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Understanding of employment law
• Able to work at a senior level
• Expertise in HR management and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• 3-7 years experience in a HR generalist role
• Experience in the UK HR context is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Salary: £45,000-50,000 (FTE) pro rata to 2 days a week
