The Role

We're looking for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to manage and deliver projects from start to finish.

You'll lead a team of engineers, and work closely with our Engineering Director, delivering on projects such as foundation design, scour assessments and cable engineering and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical studies, designs, and reports.
• Manage project records, budgets, and junior team members.
• Conduct and review geotechnical analyses.
• Liaise with clients and prepare study reports.
• Drive business development and grow the subsea structures division.

Who You Are

• A strong background in geotechnical engineering within the offshore sector.
• Strong understanding of ground investigation, geotechnical engineering, and geological processes.
• Experience in offshore geotechnical design and assessments.
• Member of a professional organization like ICE, Geological Society, or SUT.
• Proficient in ArcGIS, Global Mapper, PLAXIS, GIS, and GRL WEAP.
