Senior Finance Business Partner

Reports To: Head of Financial Control

Position Summary

This role runs the team of Finance Business Partners. This team is responsible for providing internal financial reporting, partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and decision support, and maintaining the financial controls supporting their areas.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of around 12 FTE. You will have 4 direct reports, each heading up one of the functions making up the Finance Business Partner team (Retail, Online, Central Costs, Supply Chain). You will have excellent inter-personal and influencing skills and will build a high performing team of financial experts.

This is a high profile role in the business where you will be working on a daily basis with SLT and Board members.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4 years PQE within a Retail environment. 

Previous experience in a fast growing, International business preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and relevant way.

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and challenge others.
