Senior VFO Assistant Key Responsibilities: * Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as purchasing invoices, sales invoices, bank reconciliation.

* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders * Prepare VAT return * Complete tax forms * Maintain relevant records * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards * Streamline financial operations and processes to enhance efficiency * Support the VFO department and junior team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

* Maintain client relationships.

* Balance sheet reconciliations.

* Posting wages journals.

* Adhering to deadlines each month.

Qualifications and essential requirements: * Qualified AAT within a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency with financial software and tools.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero,QuickBooks,Sage
