Senior Embedded Software Engineer required by our client, an established expert in the telecommunications, digital audio, and video market. They have an outstanding team of bright, innovative engineers, designing and implementing systems for a very wide range of clients across the whole world. Job Description – Senior Embedded Software EngineerBeing the main point of contact for all technical aspects from design, development, and manufactureBeing hands on with the design, build and test of productsMaintaining good version controlProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersRequired Skills/Experience10 years’ industry experience OR BEng Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of experienceAbility to demonstrate previous product development from concept through to productionProficiency with microcontroller programming (PIC, ARM, Atmel AVR…)Proficiency in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART.
