Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Senior eBilling Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The Senior eBilling Specialist will be responsible for ensuring ebilled transactions are successfully submitted and approved, as well as providing support to the wider Billing & Collections Team.
The general duties of the position include:
- Managing submission of ebills for designated business unit/location/platform.
- Review, implement and communicate outside council guidelines including setting up structures, task & activity codes and add to matter plans.
- Review disbursement constraints.
- Onboarding with vendors for all ebill setup.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate building rate cards and client templates.
- Supporting the billing and finance teams with rate-related queries.
- Support requests to analyse client and matter level rate information.
- Drive analysis of client, matter and portfolio reporting.
- Submit review and maintain rate submissions to ebilling vendors.
- Oversee short payment process and coordinate appeal audits and transactions.
