You will be a key member of the team and progression opportunities are there for the taking.The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background and have a proven track record of designing networks with a connection voltage of 132 KV or above. They will also have project management experience and have worked for either an ICP or DNO. They must also hold a CEng or EngTech status with the IET or equivalent and it is important that the candidate is commercially aware and able to develop designs and construction drawings.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced design manager who is looking to work alongside a highly skilled team and help develop the company.The Role: Lead the design team to produce efficient designs in compliance with all relevant Codes of Practice and CDM 2015 regulations. Develop Design Stage Risk Assessments and Hazard Elimination & Management Lists for safe project execution. Generate precise, cost-effective estimates and high-quality design work packs. Maintain and manage strong relationships with clients aiming to meet their expectations.
