Finatal is currently working with an established healthcare manufacturing business that have recently had strong investment from a leading UK Private Equity Fund.

They are now embarking on a rapid buy and build strategy and are looking for their first data hire to join them at the beginning of their high-growth journey.

In this greenfield opportunity you will help drive innovation and generate insights by using the latest data techniques and visualisation tools, playing a crucial role working alongside the CFO and management team to identify, develop and maintain financial and market data to streamline and drive business decisions.


Role:

- Conduct data analysis and develop the use of data visualisation tools to generate insights into business decisions and support the overall strategy of the organisation.

- Reporting to the CFO you will work alongside the Management Team in a lead data role to help identify and maintain key sources of competitive, market sizing and financial data.

- Take a lead role in extracting data from key business applications, maintaining and developing the organisations’ BI to help promote the platform and value of data across the business including rolling out Power BI.

- You will build from scratch dynamic and automated dashboards and reports, maintaining company’s reporting processes, including financial modelling and internal management reports.

- Manage data governance including the best practice of GDPR.


Requirements:

- Strong track record in a Data Analytics role working closely with executives building automated dashboards and reports within Power BI.

- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM or relevant business subject (Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or Data Analytics/ Science).

- Technical ability in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

- Beneficial to have data quality and technical experience within ETL/ELT.
