Leicester is the heart of our Talent Delivery engine. Our senior Consultants are Results-oriented with a proven track record in full candidate management. They are strategic thinkers and team players, known for exceeding targets and building lasting partnerships with candidates and the rest of Venquis.

Responsibilities:

• Independent in the entire candidate lifecycle including candidate management control, using influence and persuasion to close opportunities
• Independently work with Sales on calls without the presence of a Pod Lead
• Buddy with new members of the team during onboarding
• Proactively communicates a positive, driven & high-performance culture
• Build & engage with relevant candidate pools
• Consistently cover roles within the set SLAS
• Independent at objection-handling and influencing, pushing back on candidates when appropriate
• Independently resolve objection and issue throughout the candidate journey.
• Demonstrating high level of skill questioning candidates and obtaining quality information from them.
• Ability to critically assess own performance and identify areas for personal development
• Ability to take on a variety of different roles even if outside specialist area
• Finds suitable candidates beyond technical fit, identifying cultural and personal fit with clients
• Assist Pod Leaders and Team Leaders in mentoring junior colleagues
• Step in for Pod Leads when absent, running the team and hold meetings accordingly.

• Individual billing targets set by the business
• Key activity indicators provided by Team Leader
• Candidates NPS score
