My client are a well established construction company that work on high rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join them, first project being a new build apartment scheme in Newcastle!
My client are offering

Their ideal candidate will have:
Excellent leadership skills.
Experience managing package managers.
Motivated and driven individual.
Proven history of working on projects through to completion.
Experience working on largescale residential projects (student accom./BTR)
Duties will include:
Taking lead of the construction activity on site.
Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
Managing relationship with the client.
Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
Quality control.
Direct line management for trade package managers.
