This is a prime opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in high-profile projects, ensuring adherence to CDM regulations and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across industries such as affordable housing, central & local government, hospitality, and health.Key responsibilities include:Advising clients on CDM regulations and health and safety.Assisting project teams with design and regulatory matters.Conducting health and safety audits and inspections.Developing and managing pre-construction information.Conducting design risk assessments and reviewing construction phase plans.Delivering training and workshops on CDM and health and safety. The ideal CDM Advisor will have:A strong understanding of CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act.A background in construction or design.Extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services.NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.Excellent communication and team-working skills.Consultancy experience is highly desirable.
