Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Vigilink WFM in the UK market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the security services sector or software solutions industry, with at least four years of experience.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Vigilink WFM’s market presence in the UK.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of Vigilink WFM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our products.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client needs and market demand.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in security services or software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the workforce management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
