Senior Building SurveyorFull Time, Contract 3 months (potential extension)£40 - 45 an hourPeterboroughSellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join one of our Peterborough clients on a full time, permanent basisDaily duties of the Senior Building Surveyor consists of: To lead a team delivering stock condition, damp & mould, void works, mutual exchange, buy-back, repairs & maintenance, tenant alteration requests and disrepair surveys.Ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements are considered and HHSRS assessments are undertaken at the time of survey.To assist the Health and Safety team in undertaking any required checks whilst surveying, for example fire compartmentalisation checks in roof spaces.To assist with the development of strategies to respond to concerns regarding sound transfer/noise nuisanceClear communication to customers and internal teams on the findings of surveys is required and the integration of surveying with our IT system is essentialTo ensure all required EPCs are conducted before properties are let and to inform the stock investment processEssential experience of the Lead Surveyor:Previously managed a team of surveyors Previously worked within social housing (Desired)If you believe that you are well suited towards the position of the Senior Building Surveyor then please apply now, for more information contact Chrissie at the Sellick Partnership Derby officeSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
