You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.Essential Requirements for candidates:CIAT qualified7+ years minimum post qualification UK experienceDemonstrated experience in technical designProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Software (Essential)Working knowledge BIM360 and NBS Software (Desirable)Familiarity with Building Regs and construction working methods.Ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages.Possess strong communication skills and have a meticulous attention to detail.A highly competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Architectural Technologist likely to be in the region of £38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
