Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new business targets to attract and secure new clients.
  
• Design and execute effective marketing plans.
  
• Formulate strategic business development initiatives.
  
• Foster and maintain excellent client relationships.
  
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  
• Lead and develop the team to ensure optimal performance.
  

• Generate monthly and annual reports on:
  

  • Revenue vs forecast
    
  • Profit vs budget
    
  • Conversion rate of enquiries to new business
    
  • Average time to onboard new clients
    
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews with the Director.
  
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
  

Requirements

• Experience in business development
• Strong business acumen and self-driven mindset.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction.
  
• Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  
• Flexible and adaptable with a collaborative attitude.
