We’re looking for a Maverick! A talented Senior Account Manager to join a passionate, driven and welcoming team.

A key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring that projects flow smoothly and obtaining the trust and confidence of our global clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive agency experience and a proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns across thought leadership, social media, website content, newsletters, and media assets.

Great relationship management skills are essential; you will be used to communicating with efficiency and good humour, going the extra mile to ensure the client is well served.

You will be working with a highly experienced integrated agency team to deliver global advertising and content marketing campaigns for our clients. You will help ensure we deliver against key timings, metrics, and strategy, assisting with media partners & external agency relationships, helping manage the clients to deliver the impact we expect.

Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience of digital/integrated projects and campaigns
• A proven talent for managing client relationships at all levels
• Experience with content marketing campaigns
• Resilience and good humour under pressure, retaining sight of the end goal
• Ability to manage and ensure delivery from multiple internal teams
• Experience managing external supplier/partner relationships
• Able to act quickly on new ideas
• Experienced with multi-country & language campaigns
• Comfortable working across a mix of paid and organic activity, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences
• Organised and able to manage your own time and workload autonomously
• Taking responsibility for client revenue generation, billing, forecasting, and profitability
