SEN Teaching Assistant – Cleckheaton

Prospero Teaching are recruiting an SEN(Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis in an outstanding school in Cleckheaton.

The role is to start ASAP.

For this role you must:

Have a strong academic background (degree or similar)

Have worked with pupils before in a support/on a 1-2-1 basis

Be able to work full-time school hours term time only Mon to Friday from ASAP

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous primary education experience – Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location – Cleckheaton – BD19

Position – SEN Teaching Assistant – 1-2-1 basis

Start date – ASAP

Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing

Full time/part-time – Full Time

Hours – 08:30 – 3:30

The minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £65 per day.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional references
