Accelerate Teaching are on the lookout for a SEN TA to work with a child in Key Stage 2 (KS2) at a primary school in Batley.

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, offering an incredible opportunity to positively impact the life of a young learner while gaining invaluable experience before the end of term.

What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH is essential.

Resilience: Must be prepared to work with challenging behaviour and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Flexibility: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support to a child with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive behaviour and minimise disruptions in the classroom.

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour intervention plans.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
