About the Role - SEN Teacher:We are looking for inspiring and committed SEN Teachers to join our specialised SEMH settings in Wandsworth and across South west/ East London.
These are full-time, long-term opportunities that offer the chance to make a real difference.
You will play a key role in helping students with SEMH needs achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that fosters student well-being.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress.
* Engage with parents and carers to build effective home-school partnerships.
* Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in SEN education and SEMH support.
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Additional qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
