Role Overview:
As anSEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a sensory curriculum and leading teams to support pupil learning, therapy, and care needs. Your responsibilities will include teaching all aspects of the sensory curriculum, coordinating teaching assistants effectively, and using a range of communication methods to support engagement and development. Experience teaching pupils withprofound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and autism (ASD)is desirable, as is a positive attitude towards school development and the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
