Contract: Temp to perm basis after one academic year.

Your Role as an SEN Teacher:Lead a class of 10 children, each with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supported by 3-4 dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs).

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that fosters both academic and social development.

Collaborate closely with the SENCo and other staff members to ensure consistent support and guidance for all students.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teacher:Proven experience teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a primary setting.

A passionate and resilient educator who can inspire and engage ASD students.

Strong classroom management skills, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
