An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Classroom Teacher to join our highly reputable school group, located in the serene and welcoming community of Smallfield, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be delivering high quality teaching and learning.

Our students are aged between 6 – 16 with difficulties with communication and social interaction, typically associated with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:*Plan, prepare and deliver stimulating and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students*Employ innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate learners*Assess and record students' progress, setting targets for improvement*Collaborate with support staff, specialists, and the wider school team to enhance the learning experience*Engage with parents and carers to support students' educational and social development*Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunitiesRequirements:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum*Proven experience in an SEN setting, with a passion for special education*Excellent knowledge of a variety of SEN conditions and the strategies required to support them*Outstanding classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners*A compassionate, patient, and adaptive approach to teaching*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, parents, and colleagues*A commitment to ongoing professional development and learningCandidates are encouraged to apply directly to this advertisement with an updated CV that includes a complete employment history and details of relevant classroom experience.
