They offer various opportunities for their teaching staff throughout the academic year.As an SEMH Teacher, you will:Develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH.Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive.Use innovative and engaging teaching strategies to foster a love of learning.Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection in all interactions.Required Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applicants must have QTS in the UK, demonstrating they have met the professional standards required for teaching.Relevant Degree: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is essential.
