MAN Commercial Protection are currently recruiting for full-time day and night security team leaders in Coventry CV8.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 12-hour day or night shifts.

Shift timings: 05:30-17:30 / 17:30-05:30.

Payrate: £11.66

Key Responsibilities :

  • Helping to manage a large team.
  • Liaising with the client
  • Gatehouse duties
  • CCTV viewing.
  • Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high profile security presence.
  • Booking in and out vehicles and visitors
  • Searching staff, contractors and vehicles
  • Check alarms and log information
  • Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
  • Have a flexible approach to work

The Ideal Candidate MUST have:

  • A valid front line SIA Licence
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • A full 5-year checkable work / education history, including addresses and landline contact details.
  • Own transport
