50Location - Shrewsbury SY3Shift Pattern:1x 2 days 2 nights, 2 days off, 3 nights, 2 off, 2 nights, 1 offWe are now looking for security hospital officers, your role is to play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment.

We are currently seeking dedicated Security Guards who are not only vigilant in safeguarding the premises but also sensitive to the needs of patients, particularly in understanding mental health and patient welfare.

Your main responsibilities may include:Maintain the security of the hospital premises, staff, patients, and visitors.

Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies.

Control access to the facility, ensuring proper visitor screening.

Engage with patients, especially those with mental health challenges, to ensure their safety and well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:SIA License- Door Supervisor essential5-year checkable work/career history.

High Standards of Personal presentation (Suit, white shirt, tie).

High standard of conduct – no use of mobile phones, etc.

Computer literate in all Microsoft applications.

Experience in a similar role, would add an advantage.

Physically fit to undertake given tasks.

Excellent customer service skillsPossess the ability to work under pressure.
