We are looking for a Security Manager to join us at our client site in Reading, home to a leading luxury car company, As the Security Manager you will be the primary point of contact for the Wilson James security service across the UK Customer base, where this role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include managing Wilson James staff and coordinating technical support to ensure that our customers' security needs are delivered efficiently and effectively, this will involve actively contributing to the operational and strategic development of the Security Contract in line with our customers' requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of all Wilson James services, both in terms of technology and
staffing, to maintain an elevated level of security throughout all client sites.

A typical day in the life as a Security Manager:

Maintain customer engagement throughout the portfolio managing expectations of delivery within the customer departments.

Take responsibility for all aspects of the day to-day contracted security function and service delivery in line with the terms & conditions laid out in the service contract, ensuring compliance with Customer protocols.

Complete oversight and management of the security team's deliverables, including Mail Services, and Front of House/ Welcome Host

Initiate the production of detailed reports and formal investigations following any serious or reportable incidents or occurrences as and when necessary
