What you will be doing...

nAs our Security Manager you will be responsible for a team of security staff and creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, ensuring customers receive the best experience.

This means:nPlanning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security.

nUtilising team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary.

nEnsuring compliance with security assignment instructions.

nManaging incidents, ensuring correct escalation and reporting.

nCarrying out full and unbiased investigations, providing detailed statements and reports and ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately.

nIdentifying and managing security vulnerabilities and risks to the park.

nLiaising with local enforcement authorities for routine inspections and investigations.

nPromoting security awareness to colleagues.
