Job Title: Secretary Coordinator

Salary: £23,000 to £26,000

Location: Birmingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Secretarial Coordinator for a fantastic Legal company in Birmingham. This role would require someone to ideally have worked in the legal field in a property team.

THIS IS A FULL TIME IN THE OFFICE OPPORTUNITY.

The Candidates responsibilities:

  • Proactively addressing issues within the secretarial team.
  • Monitoring work flow.
  • Conducting regular meetings and 121s with the team.
  • Managing sickness, absence, performance and recruitment.
  • Drafting and amending documents.
  • Making sure all deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately.
  • Understanding and recording data correctly.
  • Assisting the property and well as various other teams with various tasks.
  • Ad hoc Admin duties.

    • Skills Needed:

  • Attention to detail is key.
  • The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • A keen interest and/or previous experience within a property/legal role.
