Here's What You'll Do

• Champion Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to streamline delivery process.
• Own the entire software release lifecycle, from sprint planning to deployment.
• Improve deployment practices for peak performance and solid reliability.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including the CEO to ensure all releases are seamless and deliver maximum value

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in tech (CS, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) and 3+ years of experience releases in a dynamic environment (Release Manager or similar).
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern deployment tools like Github/Gitlab, CICD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
