Do you hold experience as a Cover Supervisor and now looking to take on greater responsibility into management?

This could be the perfect role for you.

One of our client secondary schools located in Northampton are now on the look out for a Cover manager who can also step in as a cover supervisor.

This is a dynamic role which is a brilliant opportunity to progress within your career.

Your role as cover manager is a critical role in the day-to-day operation of the school.

You will be responsible to managing staffing allocations within the school across all subjects, ensuring sickness and absence is covered and timetables are managed with the appropriate members of staff.

The role will be split with your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be expected to manage the staff cover within the school as well as in classroom responsibilities acting as a cover supervisor.

Strong candidates will have the below experience:

  • Experience as a Cover supervisor/ teacher
  • Keen to progress as a Cover supervisor into back office management
  • Ability to display excellent management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.
