Location: Newcastle Salary: £80 - £110 per day Start Date: Immediately

GSL Education is recruiting School Administrators to join educational institutions in Newcastle . This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office and operations.

Job Summary:

• Manage school reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and greeting visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, processing paperwork, and managing school correspondence.
• Support the administrative team and senior leadership with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for school staff, students, and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support during school events, meetings, and examinations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school administrative role or similar position is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
