Knight Frank is looking to hire a Saturday Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients.

We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.

The Saturday Assistant will be responsible for answering telephones, responding to general enquiries, arranging viewings, and greeting walk-ins.

The role will also encompass some basic administration tasks dependant on the needs of the business.

The role is based in our award-winning and market-leading Summertown office; parking will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls

Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office

Arranging viewings

Liaising with the Knight Frank team to deal with any enquiries in a timely and efficient way.

Ad-hoc tasks

Key Experience Required:

Experience using various IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

The ability to be self-motivated, organised, intuitive, and adaptable.

A personable and welcoming attitude.
