This role will require previous developer experience within Salesforce coupled with knowledge of technical and coding best practices.

As an Alscient Salesforce Developer we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator with previous Salesforce Developer experience in enterprise level software projects preferably, ready to make a difference and progress to the next stage in your career.

You will have excellent Apex coding skills and be confident in the design, planning and implementation of a coded solution, with the confidence and ability to make informed decisions between declarative and programmatic solutions.

You will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience of performing in a Salesforce Developer role.
• Appropriate Salesforce certification to support your experience.
• Ability to write Apex solutions.
• Experience of using both Aura and LWC.
• Technical document authoring skills, with a real attention to detail.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
• Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence and ability to run data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Evidenced track record of delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical skills with a passion for complex problem solving.
• A real desire to drive customer and project delivery excellence.
• A resourceful and professional curiosity, with a drive to find appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS would be advantageous.
