About the Role

The current team is very flat with no senior roles in place & numerous contractors. There needs to be a more appropriate structure with experienced practitioners and true business leaders.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role to help build, maintain, and scale our new Salesforce environment. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, which is currently being deployed, understand requirements and user feedback, and follow/implement best practice solutions.. This person should have a customer centric approach to interacting with their colleagues.We are looking for someone who is Salesforce certified, with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, both Sales and Service Cloud, The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce.

This platform is going to be at the centre of the EcoOnline growth story and so an ability to adapt and change in a growing organisation will be essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (advanced administrator a plus)
• Trailhead badges/Super badges ideal
• 2-3 years Salesforce experience working in a related role
• Experience in administrating Salesforce with ERP platforms
• Experience in Salesforce configurations including automation (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Lightning Flows), security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets), and Apex (nice to have).
• Core Business Analyst skillset including process analysis, requirement gathering, process flow, development processes, user adoption and buy-in
• Numerate with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to think logically and methodically
• Planning & organising skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, globally
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Team working and interpersonal skills
