Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative sales training programs tailored to the specific needs of our sales teams.
• Provide Dealership coaching support to identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Sales Management across the business to assess training needs and implement strategies for ongoing development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques to ensure our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Proven success in car sales
• Strong knowledge of car sales techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High personal and professional standards.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This role will be based out of our training centre in Darlington however occasional travel to other Training Centres will be required and fully expensed. We are offering a competitive basic salary of £41,500 with an OTE of £46,500.
