UK Sales Manager

MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a leading Performance and Lifestyle business on the search for a UK Sales Manager .
This is a permanent role based remotely within UK.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing and well established business whilst planning for and delivering strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively service long standing business relationships
- Strategically grow existing key and national accounts
- Manage and develop a UK regional sales team
- Provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence including appropriate in store merchandising and online presence
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years Sales experience
- Experience handling leading national retail accounts
- Knowledge of brand and product marketing
- Experience of working with channels preferably within Sports, Lifestyle or Fashion
- Use of analytics to predict trends and develop marketing and merchandising activity
- Budget management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
You must be: Self-Motivated, Flexible, Passionate about Products, a Team Player, Highly-Organised and Results-Orientated.
