Neota is a SaaS no-code automation platform that allows our customers to build and deploy bespoke automation solutions covering processes, expertise and documents, without knowing how to code. We work in the insurance, legal, risk & compliance space, with top law firms, professional service firms, large corporations and insurance companies.

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Director, EMEA to join our team at Neota. As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the EMEA region. Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your role as Sales Director, EMEA will involve:

  • Devising and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets specifically in the EMEA region.
  • Engaging with potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing innovative solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
  • Forging and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Leading and managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who match the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets especially with respect to low code and no code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian and ServiceNow.
  • A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market.
  • An ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
